Blackened Tuna

Fresh Tuna cut into 4oz steaks 1 inch thick

2# tablespooons olive oil

8 tablespoons Paul Prudhomes blacken redfish seasoning

3 tablespoons Wasabi Paste

1 cup Soy Sauce

Heat oil in frying pan until it begins to smoke. coat both sides of tuna with seasoning and place in a pan for 2 minutes on each side for 2 minutes on each side. The middle of the tuna should still be red.

Mix wasabi paste with water to desired thickness It should have the density of  horeseradish sauce.

 

On serving plate pour soy sauce to coat bottom of the plate. Add Tuna steaks and add wasabi on the side.
