CHILE LIME SAUCE

This chile lime sauce is a great side sauce for dipping everything from pork kebabs and chicken tenders, to topping fajitas.

INGREDIENTS:

2 small green serrano chiles, seeded and chopped finely
1/2 cup lime juice
1/3 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (coriander leaves)
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Serve warm.
