GRILLED FRIES
Serves 6 Active: 5 min/Total: 18 min 4 baking potatoes (13/4 lb) 1/4 cup olive oil 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary 1 Tbsp kosher (coarse) salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1. Pierce potatoes in a few places. Microwave on high until almost tender. Cool. 2. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Toss in bowl with remaining ingredients. 3. Place potatoes into an oiled grill basket or on oiled foil on grill.
