Hog Wild Pulled Piglet
Rub Ingredients: ¼ cup paprika 3 Tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. garlic salt 3 tsp. garlic powder 3 Tbsp. minced onions 3 tsp. black pepper Kosher salt to taste Main Ingredients: 2-3 bottles dark beer 2 Tbsp. minced garlic 6-8 lb pork butt Prep: Combine Rub Ingredients and mix well. Rub Rick’s Rub on pork. Grill: Smoke in smoker (with charcoal and hickory chips) for 6-7 hours. Simmer in cast iron Dutch oven for 4-5 hours until easy to shred. Pour dark beer into Dutch oven while cooking. After pork is shredded, add minced garlic and stir. Simmer in Dutch oven on grill for 1 hour. Serve it up: Serve on a Kaiser roll sor your favorite bread roll.
