Marinated & Grilled Swordfish Steaks Six Swordfish Steaks 1 inch thick 1/2 cup Olive Oil \1 cup White cooking wine (Chablis) 1 lemon- squeezed 1 teaspoon Dill Weed 2 tablespoons Cajun spice (blackened Seasoning) Mix olive oil, white wine , squeezed lemon and dill weed. Pour into large food storage bag. Add swordfish and giva a little shake. Let it stand for an hour. Heat up the grill! Sprinkle cajun seasoning on each side and throw on a grill. Do not blacken! Cook for about 3 minutes a side. You'll be able to cut this with a plastic fork, it will be soooooo tender.
