Sausage and Peppers
3 Pounds of Italian Sausage 1 Green Bell Pepper 1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Yellow Bell Pepper 1 Teaspoon of Oregano ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper 3 or 4 Cups of your Favorite Marinara Sauce Cut sausage and peppers in to 1” pieces and place them in a 12” sauce pan Add oregano and black pepper Cover sauce pan with a lid and simmer until peppers are thoroughly cooked You can serve this with your favorite sauce over pasta or on a long roll.
