Stuffed Mushrooms
jumbo lump crabmeat (the good stuff) 24 large mushrooms, hollowed out 1 teaspoon mustard powder 1/2 teaspoon pepper one teaspoon paprika 1 egg 1 stick butter Place hollowed out mushrooms in food storage bag and refrigerate Mix remaing ingredients (except butter) in bowl and refrigerate over night. On game day, place a dab of crabmeat on each mushroom and place on a cookie sheet. Melt butter and pour over crabmeat and shrooms. Cook on grill over medium heat for @ 20 minutes or until shrooms are tender.
