Sweet And Sour Cabbage
Sweet and Sour Cabbage 1 head of green or red cabbage-chopped 1lb Bacon cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 cup Apple cider Vinegar 1/2 cup Sugar 1 teaspoon pepper Fry bacon until almost crispy. Add chopped cabbage, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Reduce heat to low and let simmer until cabbage breaks down.
